I did respond to the "Water Usage" Survey........
With a recommendation that a "Water Miser" be installed on, or in each SINK, to further preclude the waste of tank capacity, and water going into the grey tank, while wanting to use HOT WATER!
Now, all Newmar has to do is "engineer" it, and...
@Headhunter
Jim, I'm glad that Tiffin is working with you! That's an excellent response!
Will miss seeing you at Deer Springs
Hopefully you can get this ordeal behind you, and be able to once again enjoy your coach!
Allan
@Texas Clodhopper ........Hope all goes well for you! And "TRUE", Getting old isn't for sissies!!
I try to avoid extreme temperature areas!
Though We live in Florida, St. Augustine, We do not seem to get the oppressive heat & extremely high temperatures. The beauty is, there is always a nice...
Yes, We were there, Sweetwater Events Complex, and as Neemer said, "The Rally " events & schedule, left little time for outside exploration!
But, We were also signed up for the "Taste of The West" Caravan, afterwards! A fantastic "Caravan", I might add. Especially since it was our first trip...
We (DW) use Google quite a bit, while I'm driving. She will first look for Pilot/Flying J with "RV" pumps, then those without, then other stations (Loves, T/A, Buccee's, etc.) She finds a location, then uses Google Earth satellite views to "scope" it out, as feasible, or not.
Often times, when...
Jim,
Have had a "Good Sam" membership for about 4 years, for a couple of reasons.
1) When I bought the Coach, it came with a one year membership.
2) Had joined when I had previous coach to avail the savings available at Camping World.
It was only 10 miles from my home in Virginia.
3) Get...
Park models are wonderful, for their intent. It's the first word, "PARK", as in immobile, as in not very maneuverable, but nice in a semi-permanent setting!
SO....RV = MOBILITY!! PARK MODEL= STATIONARY, BUT ROOMY!!
There you have it folks!!:D:D
PS: From a guy with little knowledge of Park...
RV is in temporary storage, here in Virginia, where we bought our second home, until the end of the month!
I will pick it up, load it up, and head to a place called "Deer Springs RV Park";) It's a kinda unique, off the beaten path place! BUT....WE WILL BE EXCITED TO ONCE AGAIN SPEND THE FOURTH...
THEY HAVE TO GO!! If any issues with them leaving, contact law enforcement and get them to assist in removal!
As a thought, make your RV PARK a "55 and OLDER" Park, as other parks around the country have done.
Then research & maybe "mimic" their rules of enforcement, which would eliminate the...
Hoping that maybe one of our "Members" will be there, and can give us some information about the Show!
It is definitely a unique event, and serious buyers can get then information and attention they need, when making such an expensive purchase!
Y'all have fun!
This thing is abhorrent!o_O UGLY doesn't even begin to describe it!
Being inside that thin will be like living in a "Sweat Box"!
Glad I'm an "old man" and will never buy another NEWMAR!!
I love mine, but this thing is HORRIBLE"!!🤮
We have a Warther knife set that came with a wooden , matching knife block to hold the 4 knives.
Mounted it on the sidewall of the pantry with HD tape. There is a gap about 2"-2 1/2" between the drawers and the inside wall. Works great, never move, and is in a safe place away from any small...
Joe,
Curious question....
What kind of variance do you see?
If substantial, could that be one of the reasons that a lot of these a/c units, and fridges go bad after only a couple of years of use?
After acquiring a second home, back in Virginia, We are going to forego the NKK International in Pueblo. This will be the first one we have missed in four years.
But, furniture ain't cheap!;)
On our way to a NKK "Virginia Wheels" Klub Rally in Virginia Beach. Neither of the two RV Parks, in...
Had a similar issue. WHEW?🤧
Cleaned several times with vinegar, then baking soda. Repeated a couple of times. Left the door open.
We put baking soda on a couple of paper plates, and used carbon pellets, also in paper plates. Placed them on various shelves, and in about 2 weeks the smell had...
Question: Does Nitrogen in the tires not expand & contract with temperature changes?
If so, it certainly would help in maintaining the correct tire pressure.
Yes, or No??
