I have a 2022 Sporttrek 333VMI and about 2 days ago I noticed water coming out of a new place on the right rear side.

Can anyone tell me what this might be?
I am hooked up to camp water and sewer on a permanent setup.

That looks like your fresh water tank overflow.

Would guess backflow valve after the pump.

Sometimes, after running the pump then switching to city water, the check valve mentioned above does not seat and the fresh water tank fills up.

When it happened to us I turned off city water, opened a faucet to relieve pressure, then turned city water back on. The small surge usually reset the check valve.
