After looking at it online, I think I understand the pricing a bit better. :) Very nice place!

Just asking for a friend.......What makes it worth $265.00 per night? :)

Darrell
Nice casitas in most. On 14 hole golf course. 2 nice pools. Nice restaurant with usually a small band on Saturday. All sites are privately owned. Within 75 miles of my house. Surrounding area wineries casinos.

Forget my friends, I own a calculator!!! At that rate just the lodging is 91,250usd per year. Add maintenance, cost of rig, fuel, eating out while on the road.

Heck if everyone with enough discretionary funds to spend on such foolishness, were to buy a place and join forces, they could travel in their Rolls-Royce from one destination to the next, and never be without excitement.

Flying Flags Avila?
Gotta be. Overpriced for sure but a really nice spot (as it should be!)

Thanks for the info. I let my friend know. He said that he doesn't golf or gamble, buys his wine by the box and most parks won't let him use his blow up doll in the pool so he will pass. :)

He hopes you will enjoy your six days!

YOLO - if you can, do it!

Just checked on reserving a spot at a campground we favor in the Gatlinburg area and their prices flat doubled from when we last stayed there two years ago. Not quite so favored now.
