I had to bring my full wall electric slide in about a foot to get one of the floor protectors out, but when I try to move it back out, there was no click, no sound, and no movement. I turned the salesman switch off for about a minute with no difference.
Is there any suggestions from the wealth of unpaid resources available on the forum?

Thanks,
Jim

I had this happen once but did not do the salesman switch which I hear is the typical fix. I found the control board and disconnect/reconnected the molex connectors effectively removing/replacing battery to them. Maybe try that?

Can you point me to where the control board is? I know where the bedroom and kitchen boards are but not sure about the full slide.
Thanks, Neal.

I found the board, and disconnected/reconnected all of the connections with the same results.
I'll be here for a few days so I'll send Erica an email to see what she has to say.

Thanks for your help.

It should be a 12V slide motor so I can't think that shore/gen power is going to do anything. I believe the FWS is on a self resetting fuse behind the cord reel but it wouldn't hurt to inventory the fuses in the cord reel bay and other locations just to hope and find something.

Stating the obvious, hold the control switch in the in/out position as desired for 5-10 seconds while the amps come up to required for the slide to move.

I'm connected to 50amp shore power and yeah I've held the switch in for 15 seconds.

I'll go dig in my favorite electric panel location.

Problem resolved. I left the salesman switch off for over a minute and the slide now works.

Depending on the make & model of your motorhome, it is a switch that turns off most of the 12v systems.
