we have a 2016 ventana le 4037 and when i turn on the furnace for zone 1 no air comes out of the floor vent behind the passenger seat.
any help would be appreciated

mike

I'm not aware of a vent behind the passenger seat. There should be one under the dash centered which is controlled by a switch on the row below the dash radio. Then the vents are under the kitchen sink area.

Interesting. That must be a 2016 thing but I'm not sure...my 2017 doesn't have that. Maybe the le has that and non le's do not? Sorry, can't help, hopefully someone else can. Do you have a vent at the center bottom of the dash like I do? If so, air coming out of that?

I wonder if a prior owner installed this to vent the basement?

My 2017 LE 4037 has the vent you are asking about. When zone 1 is operating, I indeed get air from the vent. I have read a few posts about improperly installed ducting. I would be using a mirror, a GoPro camera or a fiberoptic viewer to look into the vent to see if there is a blockage. Construction debris? an unconnected duct? an old sock blocking the way?
