We just spent a week at Elm Hill RV Resort on Percy Priest just west of Nashville, TN. It was about $115 a night. Next year we will be on the water for $145. Full hookup and beautiful. Full cement pads and awesome sunrises over the reservoir. Any decent AirBNB in the area is at $200 or better a night for something you want to sleep in.

My two cents also. I would pay $150 a night, but on the waterfront surrounded by upscale town, shops, and restaurants. You are an hour out from interstate. Look at Hilton Head MC Resort, Mountain falls, and such.
