Quite frankly...why not? Coffee/espresso is quite mechanical. Why not go to a screen, setup your brew settings, shot settings, and press MAKE? I would rather it be automated, due to allergy I need almond milk. I sure know when the "barista" misses this step and I'm out of commission for the rest of the day "in the office." Last time in the drive through I had to repeat my order several times, obviously the barista was distracted. It will reduce errors and improve consistency and quality.

Me, I am a coffee snob according to my wife. I buy green beans, I roast them, then brew them and I enjoy them. I have exquisite coffee at an awesome price. It travels with me when out on our adventures. I just could not justify the cost of burnt coffee and waiting in line gets me very anxious. Not a crowd person.
