TJ and Ben are spot on IMHO. In the times we live in you have to stay alert and always be aware of who and what is around you. If something seems "off" it probably is. The old saying "I'd rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6" was popular when I began my career. Even though it is true today for both LEOs and civilians alike, it has a much more profound meaning for current LEOs.
Some of these "modern" times and the recent changes they have brought about may even start to dictate where we can safely travel in our RVs as older retired Americans.
As I mentioned in another post reference California making it legal to steal up to $950 without being charged with a crime, this may not just effect the closing of most major chain retail stores in their larger cities as we have already observed. This could start to bleed over to other parts of California as well. How would you like to be in a Yellowstone gift shop, or a large California interstate truck stop, and 5 or 6 people storm in and fill large shopping bags with whatever they want and storm out. Will this type of behavior bleed over to not only these retail stores but California campgrounds. Why couldn't a car stop at your site and several individuals get out and load up all of your chairs/tables, and grill. As long as the total value was less than $950 in California there hasn't been a crime committed?
