Attached are pages from the owner's manual regarding recreational vehicle towing. In summary, the 2WD is not directly flat towable, as built. Disconnecting the driveshaft or all four wheels on a trailer are the first options that come to mind.

True, but a tow dolly is about the same price or more.
Yes, you are correct. IMO, however, neither option is nearly as good as having a tow vehicle that is designed to be towed; nor, as inexpensive in the long run.

I don't know. :) Kind of depends on the cost comparison of the vehicle designed for flat towing and the 2WD vehicle you already have and if the you use the vehicle for other things beside RVing.
