Considering upgrading the water pump to a Remco Aqua Jet. I'd like to mount it with Velcro or two sided tape rather than drilling holes in the basement floor. The floor covering might work well with the hook side of Velcro mounted to the pump and the wall material would work with two sided tape.
Possibly use an L bracket with the vertical section two sided taped to wall and the horizontal section fastened to the pump and Velcro to floor material.

The L bracket material could be 3D printed ABS. Either single sheet or two L brackets.

Thoughts?

Anything would work, some put it on a piece of wood and it just sits in the wet bay tray. Just review the docs for any orientation recommendations. Great pump, love mine.

Mine has been sitting like this for a couple of years with no problem. In fact I don’t even have the black ties around it anymore and it stays in place just fine.
