I know there is a lodge in San Antonio. I just checked and it seem lodges are adding RV sites every week. Some don't require Elks membership, but most do. A fair percentage of them a dry camping. Many have Water and electric. Prices range from free to $30. The Elks is a great organization to be a part of, the RV sites are a good side benefit. Most seem to be good stopovers that could be cooking when you get there(think good inexpensive food and drink).

Rifle Gap State Park Rifle, Colorado

I left Granby, CO this morning and drove West over the Continental Divide to Rifle, CO. I will be here for 6 days visiting with 2 of my children who live about an hour away in the Aspen Valley. I will also be out and about in my Jeep driving some of the high mountain passes taking in the beautiful scenic views of the changing aspen trees here in Colorful Colorado.

Thank goodness for Starlink as I have Internet and WiFi calling. I am on AT&T, and depending on which way the wind is blowing, I only get one bar of signal every now and then...

We are spending a couple of days at St Augustine RV Resort. So far a nice place. Good hookups, flat space, generous size. Wife happy!!!
