I hate those door side to door side sites, designers didn't consider dogs? We try to take our dogs out and people are right at our front door, not fun, we boycott them.Left the KOA in Maple Grove, MN this morning and arrived at Jamestown, ND. On our way to Polson, MT. Been watching the weather and it’s going to be hot there, definitely not expecting that. We arrive on Friday and it’s supposed to be like 91 and then on Saturday like 96.
This campsite is right off of I-94 so that’s convenient but extremely close to your neighbors. View attachment 25150
I’m not a big fan of it either but it’s just for the night. They do have a great dog run though. One of the largest we have seen in a long time.I hate those door side to door side sites, designers didn't consider dogs? We loved staying there! Catch the tour boat for the castle.Swan Bay RV Resort
Campground along the St Lawrence River a short distance from Alexandria Bay. Antique Boat Show & Auction starts Friday in Clayton along with the Antique Boat Museum being located there. We visited the area in 2006 with a boat and quickly understood why there is a town called 1000 Islands.

Left Jamestown, ND this morning and made it to Miles City, MT, on our way to Polson. Stopped at the KOA here and have more room than last night. Very nice people at the office and they have a small dog run. Our fur-babies were able to stretch their legs when we got here.
We decided to go to MT to get cooler weather and it was 91 degrees while I filled up with gas before pulling into here, go figure
It’s pretty quiet here today, not much traffic around. Where did you go to after leaving this area?I was at the Miles City KOA a week ago. Sure is quite a bit of traffic on the Dike Road at the back side of the campground. Other than that, it was an okay stay. Were were they for 3-4 days.
Sounds like a great trip so far. EnjoyI’m heading east. West Glacier -> Great Falls -> Miles City -> Bowman ND and now at Belle Fourche SD.
