On our DS we have manual window awnings on the drivers side, this time of year the are wonderful to have.

We are in the Texas panhandle right now and it can get very windy quickly. I looked in the black box last night and don't have a manual for the awnings. A search yielded little to nothing.

When is it to windy to have the awnings deployed?

Just looking for a little guidance. Wind is supposed to be in the mid-upper teens today and tomorrow, so I have already put them up.

If your awning are a Girard product, which they probably are, I would give them a quick call to get the opinion of the manufacture. I have contacted them several times, and they have always been very willing to help with anything I questioned.
Girard RV awning- 866-559-1221. Good luck.
