Did you stack that chimney using masonry adhesive ? Although I'm a fan of the stuff, I've not seen it used to go high 😉 Nice looking fire place...and will be a great gathering place.

Yes, that was challenging, especially when I got up around the 12' mark!

To be honest, I was surprised to see how robust the adhesive is. And it only takes about 60 minutes to set up to where it becomes a job to separate the stones should you have to. I don't know what kind of adhesive it is, but it came with the fireplace kit so I would hope the provider had some stats on how high we can go with it. Sure seems strong though!
