My gray tank or plumbing has a slight leak. Are there any additives to stop a leak so I can avoid opening up the underbelly?

No additives that I know of. You will be better off locating the source of the leak and repairing. I had a leak years ago on our fifth wheel and it was a water line leaking at a fitting. Once I tightened it all good but I had to replace all the insulation. I would pressurize the water system and look at all the lines for a leak. Then go from there. Good luck.
