Read Article even if just looking, be aware every single manfacturer is in this group. Because of supply chain issues, and "demand outstripping supply" they are slapping them together, you pay for this c r a p.

I'm willing to bet that sometime in the future, the Covid manufactured RV's will be shunned by the pre-owned market buyers.

And it may not be limited just to RVs. The auto industry might end up being effected quality control wise also. I hope not.

I have owned numerous Fords, several being trucks. Recently on my 2021 F350 had a coolant hose that goes to the tranny come off. The clamp was still on it when the dealer examine and fixed it. The only thing we could figure out was while being assembled someone got in a hurry and didn't get it shoved all the way on. It held for 13,000 miles and then let go.

Yes, on quality control everywhere and everything. My UPS failed after 8 months, replaced under warranty, with comparable unit, could not match old because out of stock till December. Cannot order 9YO Dryer belt, website broken. Call for parts, nope not in stock, not sure when. Newmar/Freightliner canceled PDM recall, no parts, no idea on availabilty, but problem is still with us. And now we got the window recall going on. Not sure how going to take care of that one, don't want to drive up to factory, and sure aint going down to Atlanta. Have it inspected someplace along way. Will be judicious on opening them that is for sure, they already fixed bathroom one last year. So problem been around for while, finally taking ownership of it.

Yep, Heartland took weeks and weeks to send me a replacement microwave/convection after our 3 month old unit burned up. Their vendor didn't have them and they refused to take one from their assembly line stock. Finally they got one to us by general freight and it was a cheap microwave only.

I suspect with many States not paying all the extra unemployment bonuses that many workers will be forced to get off the couch and go back to work during 2022. This should get things close to normal I hope.

There is a real interesting phenomena going on where employees who are working are quitting making the employee staffing problem even more problematic. I am not sure if this impacts all industries, but I have seen it happening in the technology sector especially in California where highly qualified people are saying enough to expensive California and heading elsewhere geographically. Some or most are probably getting new jobs in the same or different sector I would imagine.

Every single fast food place in our town cannot open indoor dining, because cannot get enough people to staff restaurant and do that area as well. I sure hope they are keeping up with the cleanliness. Nope unemployment benefits are not going to keep people from sitting at home. Uncle Joe and our out to lunch congress pass "family kids benefits", and for every kid at home, you get 300 bucks a month, so now just pop out a kid a year, soon you will be millionaire. Study in PA, if you have live in boyfriend, both on all assistance possible under law, with kids, knock out 115,000 annually and never have to lift hand. We are "spending ourselves into the garbage dump" and the rich/corporations aint got enough to fix it. They spent all the rich folks billions last year, they are now broke, do the math, I did. Ok, as you can tell this gets under my collor. I went to work at 11 years old cutting grass, and raking leaves to make money it did not kill me. In fact, until retirement, was never out of work for longer than week. Now in retirement, seem working in yard or something evey single day, where are those easy days, everyone talks about?

I see people going to work, and hate their jobs. Watched a guy working on my car tires while his eyes were on his Cel phone and texting. His boss was looking at him doing it, and did not say anything. Hate to think what we don’t see at the fast food joints ?

lol, used to be you could tell this guy he was going to lose his job if he didn't straighten up. But todays employee pool is so small that employers have to put up with people that 5 years ago would be canned. Such is life today.

I've had terrible times finding people to work. If I had to start a new business today, I probably wouldn't do it. Way to many gov regulations, way to few qualified people to hire, and very little dependable help to run it once it's operational.

I'm afraid for our future.

Have called local appliance repair person 3 times, never call back. Finally conned company into sending me a tech manual, so I could fix it myself, then website to order part is down taking payments. Have contractor friend, he cannot find anyone who wants to do any kind of manual labor, so he has stopped doing a lot of things his company used to do. We had some concrete poured for a shed (floor), which had to have a raised lip 1-1.5" high. Tony told concrete fellow, several times, hey, do not forget about that lip needing to be up. Poured one corner level, getting work took 6 weeks, getting chipped out and repoured took another 3 weeks. Ordered shed in Jan, got it installed June 18th, door on shed was bad, and if everything works out, they are coming on October 1, to replace and get it correct. So almost a year, for something as simple as a metal shed. I think our work ethic is gone, it won't affect me much but the young people today are really going to have problems. I sure am glad, I am not now, nor ever will buy another RV, and was thinking about new small pickup but if I do it will be mid next year, and then only if the supply problems are solved/fixed. I won't die of old age, some stupid person on their phone will cross line and head-on me, cell phones are the world biggest death giver asides heartattack. We are sure in trouble now. Fellow was down from PA, on motorcycle trip. Not sure why, but he was turning left, at busy intersection, got hit by car oncoming, killed him, injured his wife, come on people we got to think and do it all the time.
