Park models are wonderful, for their intent. It's the first word, "PARK", as in immobile, as in not very maneuverable, but nice in a semi-permanent setting!
SO....RV = MOBILITY!! PARK MODEL= STATIONARY, BUT ROOMY!!
There you have it folks!!:D:D
PS: From a guy with little knowledge of Park...
RV is in temporary storage, here in Virginia, where we bought our second home, until the end of the month!
I will pick it up, load it up, and head to a place called "Deer Springs RV Park";) It's a kinda unique, off the beaten path place! BUT....WE WILL BE EXCITED TO ONCE AGAIN SPEND THE FOURTH...
THEY HAVE TO GO!! If any issues with them leaving, contact law enforcement and get them to assist in removal!
As a thought, make your RV PARK a "55 and OLDER" Park, as other parks around the country have done.
Then research & maybe "mimic" their rules of enforcement, which would eliminate the...
Hoping that maybe one of our "Members" will be there, and can give us some information about the Show!
It is definitely a unique event, and serious buyers can get then information and attention they need, when making such an expensive purchase!
Y'all have fun!
This thing is abhorrent!o_O UGLY doesn't even begin to describe it!
Being inside that thin will be like living in a "Sweat Box"!
Glad I'm an "old man" and will never buy another NEWMAR!!
I love mine, but this thing is HORRIBLE"!!🤮
We have a Warther knife set that came with a wooden , matching knife block to hold the 4 knives.
Mounted it on the sidewall of the pantry with HD tape. There is a gap about 2"-2 1/2" between the drawers and the inside wall. Works great, never move, and is in a safe place away from any small...
Joe,
Curious question....
What kind of variance do you see?
If substantial, could that be one of the reasons that a lot of these a/c units, and fridges go bad after only a couple of years of use?
After acquiring a second home, back in Virginia, We are going to forego the NKK International in Pueblo. This will be the first one we have missed in four years.
But, furniture ain't cheap!;)
On our way to a NKK "Virginia Wheels" Klub Rally in Virginia Beach. Neither of the two RV Parks, in...
Had a similar issue. WHEW?🤧
Cleaned several times with vinegar, then baking soda. Repeated a couple of times. Left the door open.
We put baking soda on a couple of paper plates, and used carbon pellets, also in paper plates. Placed them on various shelves, and in about 2 weeks the smell had...
Question: Does Nitrogen in the tires not expand & contract with temperature changes?
If so, it certainly would help in maintaining the correct tire pressure.
Yes, or No??
The "show" was visible around the St. Augustine area. Some great photos posted on Facebook. Search for "St. Augustine News" Facebook group, and see a few great pictures! I enjoyed those. Impressive!
We took a couple of pic's with the phone, could vaguely see the lights, but I was impressed that...
Question:
I use "VIPRE" and have for years. It does a great job of blocking "stuff", & run scans daily.
Anyone else familiar with it? And if so, what do you think?
Thanks, As I am not that "IT" savvy!
Dang....All these "hi-Tech" systems on these Coaches seem to create many issues for the owners! To me, that's sad! Newmar & any other manufacturer that installs these "doo-dads" should insure that they work, so you folks don't have to experience the frustration, etc!
Fortunately or...
The one in St. Augustine, on I-95 stays so busy, the parking lot has more traffic than a "Black Friday Sale" at Wally World!!
Note: It has dedicated islands on one end just for RV's, "Fiver's", Trailer's. etc and a parking area beside them!
Place is HUGE!!1
Oh, and to make the traffic more...
"M".....The suitcase mentioned above, is a black canvas type bag, loaded with manuals etc, for your coach!
That "suitcase" is as important as having the "keys" to the unit!!
Welcome, & Best of Luck!
Jim,
Don't stop now! Folks look forward to your additions and adventures!;)
Look forward to seeing y'all in July!
Oh, "It's Five-o-Clock" somewhere!🍹
WOW!! And I thought "STARLINK" was complicated before your post!o_O
Now I know it's too complicated for a non technology educated ol man like me!
Guess I'll have to keep using my Verizon "hotspot", until they "dumb it down" enough for me to comprehend!!;)
I sure am glad you folks on here...
