Warning: Going to be bad here!
To date I have done my OASIS annual services but I admit, I question if it's necessary. If it's working, why mess with it? I know there are filters, the main one that I would definitely replace is the diesel filter, simple to do. There is another filter within the unit but I'm not sure it's as critical. I do keep the annual service kit on board at all times and once used it's replaced for the next year's service. I'm coming up in my 3 year and I'm ready to do it but I'm just putting to words here what's in my head...is it really necessary? I am going to do the 3 year soon and have to do more electrical inspections and cleanup after fixing the last short. Make sure you do your electrical inspections at the 120V line connection and below the hour meter or by inspecting from the front of the unit where you can also look up and in that area. Inspect inspect inspect!
Come on, just between us, do you do your OASIS service every year? What are your thoughts on this maintenance task?
