Drove it to my shop (10 miles) on dealer plates. One week later got my plates, put 50 gal gas & took it on my maiden voyage. 3 miles later engine feels like it goes into limp mode. When I feathered the pedal it would move full power until 2500rpm then go into limp again. I could continue about 35mph if I kept feathering. Then the brake warning light (red) & the yellow circle w/lightning bolt light would come on. If figured out the yellow light was telling me the electric booster was on. I originally thought it was a load of bad gas. But I can’t figure how bad gas could cause these symptoms. I’m planning my first ever trip in an RV in a week. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would guess fuel filter.

Also, sometimes the turn indicator & camera won’t work.

Could a bad fuel filter trigger these dash warning lights ?

Is filter in-tank, or external.

not that I am aware of but the 2500rpm issue.

I guess that depends on year and model, gas or diesel.

as for the lights I would consider maybe mouse wire damage, or vacuum hose issues.

Thanks, looks like I’m chasing fuel lines/filters tomorrow !

Update on lost power. First real drive today, 130 mile shakedown. Generally ran well. No codes. Several times while turning 90 deg from a stop engine would momentarily lose power. I immediately let up on the gas then eased back into it & would have full power back. Seems to me the combination of braking & sharp turn at the same time is effecting the regular hydraulic pressure.
Yesterday it was throwing the brake code & the electric auxiliary pump code. All fluids are good. Brakes work fine, steering not making any straining noises. Isn’t the master supposed to have a reserve pressure supply, good for a couple pumps even without power steering pump running ?
Seems like there is not enough regular pressure reserve & the electric pump has to kick in. Am I getting an internal pressure bleed ? On long downhill braking they were fine.
All opinions are welcome. I love this RV !!

Thinking we're back to a (or several) bad connections in the wiring.
