It's so heartwarming to hear from past visitors to our park, so many of which arrive as guests, but leave as good friends. We often find thank you cards in the gazebos, letting us know how much they enjoyed their stay and wishing us the best for the future. And from time-to-time we get messages or phone calls from them, letting us know what area of the US they are traveling in or just to chit-chat for a bit.

And today, the doggie of one of these wonderful people brought tears to our eyes with a card addressed to Ryker, who for the last several months has been undergoing intensive therapy for hyper-extended ligaments.

It is a mystery to us how "Pretty Girl" got to Hallmark store on her own, or how she managed to bring with her the money to purchase such a nice card. But if she was capable of pulling all of that off, we shouldn't be too surprised that she has a grasp on cursive as well.

So Ryker (who doesn't have an account on RV Forums) asked me to thank "Pretty Girl" for thinking of him and taking the time to wish him well.
