I'm planning to buy a cover for our fifth wheel but I'm concerned corners of the solar panels will wear holes in the cover. Looking for suggestions.

Don’t. Covers actually tend to cause more damage to the exterior than if not covered. Been there, done that. Never again.

We cover ours with no damage from the cover. To cover sharp corners, we use foam pipe insulation. To cover sharp corners, we use the T's for the pipe insulation. If you can't find them, make them yourself. We have a small padded bag that goes over the rear camera. I put a tennis ball on the generator exhaust.

Just a word of warning. When the covers get wet, they get heavier. When the wind is blowing, you are holding onto a parasail.
