Loves charges a fee per transaction. This varies from $0.20 to $1.00.

EFS/TSD card arrived in today's mail, just five days after the application was submitted via the TSD website. Considering that it normally takes at least 2 days for mail to get here from "Shreveport, LA" (according to the postmark), i think that's pretty good service. And, I didn't pay for any expedited processing/shipping.

Now, to get the Love's app functioning. It is not allowing me any opportunity to register my personal information without having a Love's My Rewards number. I'm going to delete the app from my phone and load it again in hopes it will work correctly.

I think you have to go in person to a Love’s location and ask for a rewards card. I tried on line with no luck.

NO! You don't have to do a thing, other than Register on their website...correction, on their APP.

THEN, you can "Log In" on the app.

AND, ONCE AGAIN...it's important enough to repeat...DO NOT ASK LOVES FOR HELP WITH THE TSD PROGRAM OR EFS CARD!!

I believe Love’s has changed the app such that you have to have a rewards card number to use their app...people prior to that have been allowed to continue using the app without it. Many posts on Facebook about this.

Did you follow my steps I linked somewhere above? I signed up for one in the process via the app and proceeded with TSD setup.

Yep...followed them to the letter. No joy! And, my e-mail to Love's "customer service" has remained unanswered three days after it was sent.

I keep getting these flashbacks on why I never liked Love's. Their prices may be good, but their customer service really sucks! I can use the EFS card manually until I get a Love's card, but the whole idea was to be able to activate the pump without physically touching it.

Neal's right...YOU CAN sign up on the Love's app. YOU DO NOT need a Loves REWARD card first.

So, forget the WEBSITE, which is driving you to a Commercial or Professional Driver account.

I don't think I have a Love's Rewards card, not sure what I did during sign up. Everytime I go to fuel up at Love's I get an error about the Love's rewards. I'll probably stop in and talk to someone next time and get a card in person. But somehow I got around this in the app to setup TSD.

So, how do I "forget the WEBSITE?" Go into a Love's in person? That's a 120-mile (one way) drive for me.

Is there some other way to do this online without being directed to a "Commercial or Professional Driver" account?
