It's been snowing the last couple of day. What's new, right? So what do you have for lunch on a snowy day? Homemade soup, of course. Unless you've had so much homemade soup lately that you just can't stand another bowl.

And in that case, you make Homemade Pizza!

Pepperoni, Ham, Mozzarella Cheese and topped with Pineapple chunks. I have to sprinkle mine with red hot pepper seeds.

Wow. Did you finish it already, or do you require help?
lol, it was good! :)

Forgot to post the cooking instructions.. Coat the bottom of a cast iron pizza pan with Olive Oil. Then put the pan into the oven and set the temp for 425. When the alarm goes off, take your pizza pan out (use your mitts!) which will have warmed up to 425 along with the stove.

Slide your pizza onto the pan and the crust will start to sizzle as it cooks from the pre-heated pan. Then back into the oven for about 7 minutes (peak in at it so it doesn’t burn) and then bring it out and set it on the stove. Or somewhere where the pan doesn’t burn whatever you set it on.

Slice it and eat it.
